Alfa Zeno – 500˚C Electric Performance

The groundbreaking new Zeno from Alfa Pro is a high performance Neapolitan electric pizza oven which sets new standard for power and control. The Zeno can achieve 500˚C and can cook six pizzas at a time and 100 pizzas per hour. A five inch full colour touchscreen keeps chefs in total control and includes a setpoint camera, with digital temperature detector.
